• Understand that joining the waitlist does not create a patient-provider relationship
• Understand that joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to services or any specific pricing

When CraveRx launches clinical telehealth services, additional terms will apply, including but not limited to: telehealth informed consent, subscription and billing terms, cancellation policies, and terms specific to prescription medication services. These additional terms will be presented to you before you access clinical services and will supplement these Terms.
